Summary

In 2007, Julian Raven, a Christian man, attempted to pray peacefully with other believers during a "Gay Pride" festival at a public park. Materials advertising the event noted that it was open to the public and that all were welcome. After Raven and the other members of the group began praying silently while laying prostrate in the grass. All were arrested and charged with disorderly conduct; however, all but Raven had the charges against them dismissed.
