  • Sara Beth Nolan serves as legal counsel for the Center for Legislative Advocacy at Alliance Defending Freedom where she focuses on First Amendment legislation. Before joining ADF, Nolan served as a law clerk for Americans United for Life. Nolan earned her J.D. from George Mason Antonin Scalia Law School in 2023. While at George Mason, she was a member of the International Law Journal, the Federalist Society, and the Christian Legal Society. Nolan received her bachelor’s degree from Auburn University in 2020.
