Sara Beth Nolan

Sara Beth Nolan serves as legal counsel for the Center for Legislative Advocacy at Alliance Defending Freedom where she focuses on First Amendment legislation.

Before joining ADF, Nolan served as a law clerk for Americans United for Life.

Nolan earned her J.D. from George Mason Antonin Scalia Law School in 2023. While at George Mason, she was a member of the International Law Journal, the Federalist Society, and the Christian Legal Society.

Nolan received her bachelor’s degree from Auburn University in 2020. She is a member of the State Bar of Alabama.
