When government agencies are given the power to threaten,
harass, and punish anyone for living and working consistently with his or her
faith, it should concern us all.
Just a few months ago, the U.S. Supreme Court said that
Colorado cake artist Jack Phillips must be treated equally—he can’t be punished
for his religious beliefs even if the government disagrees with those beliefs.
But the State of
Colorado has doubled down on its unconstitutional hostility toward people of
faith—it wants to make an example out of Jack, and scare the rest of us into
giving up our freedom without a fight. State officials are harassing Jack
We must stop them and turn the tables. That’s why we’re
suing to protect Jack’s freedom—and yours too.
But to fight back, we need your help now. Your gift
can help provide a strong legal defense for Jack and others like him.
Together, we can help ensure that those who are willing to
fight for faith and freedom never have to stand alone.
Thank you for giving generously.
