Case Summary

An activist attorney asked Jack to create a custom cake, pink on the inside and blue on the outside, to celebrate and symbolize a “gender transition.” Jack serves everyone. He decides whether to create a custom cake based on what the cake will express, not who requests it. Support Jack as ADF seeks justice for Jack, again.

Behind the Cases

Over nearly 12 years and three court cases, Jack has been forced to defend his freedom to live according to his faith. Despite already winning twice (including a win at the U.S. Supreme Court), activists continue to come after Jack. Delve into Jack’s cases and learn why this harassment must stop.
