Samuel D. Green serves as legal counsel with Alliance Defending Freedom, where he is a member of the Center for Life.
Prior to joining ADF, Green worked as an associate at Jenner & Block, LLP. He also served as a law clerk to the Hon. Raymond W. Gruender of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit. In 2012, Green worked in the legal department for Gov. Mitt Romney’s presidential campaign.
Green earned a Juris Doctor degree, summa cum laude, from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2011, where he graduated first in his class and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. In 2008, he received a Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Green is a member of the state bars of Arizona and California and is also admitted to practice before multiple federal courts.
