Vision Forum/U.S. Space and Rocket Center

Last Updated: 6/2/2020

Overview

Summary

Officials at the U.S. Space and Rocket Center, in Huntsville, Ala., initially agreed to allow Vision Forum, a Christian ministry, to rent the facility's on-site theater in order to screen a new creation adventure documentary. However, that decision was later reversed because the movie in question, "The Mysterious Islands," was deemed to be "too political," and that it's stance on creation was "inappropriate" for USSRC. After receiving a letter from ADF attorneys, officials agreed to reverse their decision and allow the movie to be shown.
