Summary
The Minnesota Supreme Court reversed the convictions of two pro-life advocates charged with creating a public nuisance and violating a city sign ordinance while exercising their constitutional right to pro-life speech. Both Rob Rudnick and Luke Otterstad remained on a public sidewalk while displaying pro-life signs above a highway. The two men were arrested after an anonymous caller complained to police about the men's actions. ADF-allied attorney Charles Shreffler represented Rudnick and Otterstad in the case.
