Christy Hirsch serves as legal counsel with Alliance Defending Freedom’s Center for Christian Ministries. Hirsch primarily advises members of ADF’s Church and Ministry Alliance, helping them protect their First Amendment rights and navigate religious liberty issues.
Prior to joining ADF, Hirsch clerked for Justice Clint Bolick of the Arizona Supreme Court. She then joined ADF as a litigation fellow for the Life and Legislative teams.
Hirsch graduated summa cum laude with departmental honors in political economy from Hillsdale College in 2016 and from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2019. She is a 2017 Blackstone Fellow and a member of the state bar of Arizona.
Hirsch was born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona, and currently resides outside of Washington, D.C., with her husband.
