Summary
Attorneys with ADF and their allies filed a friend-of-the-court brief with the Montana Supreme Court, asking for the reversal of a lower court's ruling that permits physician-assisted suicide. The brief was filed on behalf of the Family Research Council, the American Association of Pro-Life Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the Catholic Medical Association and numerous Montana physicians.
