Summary
Philadelphia police arrested 11 people, including one juvenile, for expressing their sincerely-held religious beliefs during Outfest, a publicly-funded event celebrating homosexual behavior. All of the charges against the group were later dropped or dismissed. ADF-allied attorney Ted Hoppe filed a civil suit on behalf of all 11 members of the group, alleging violation of their First Amendment rights.
