Summary
Representative of Jews for Jesus are now able to publicly share their religious faith at a park in Los Angeles, after ADF attorneys and their allies filed suit against the city. Police arrest a member of Jews for Jesus for distributing religious literature outside of an event at a public park. Following a federal judge's issuance of a preliminary injunction prohibiting L.A. officials from violating Jews for Jesus' First Amendment in 2007, the city agreed to make the injunction permanent in 2008.
