Summary
A policy at Boise State University barred Christian student groups from seeking funding from student activity groups, even though the money was available to atheist and other student groups. Following the filing of a lawsuit by ADF attorneys and the Christian Legal Society's Center for Law & Religious Freedom, BSU agreed to modify the policy in accordance with the students' constitutional rights.
