Commissioned II Love v. Yarbrough

Beware the Bias Investigators

Summary

Savannah State University suspended a Christian student group in April 2006 after officials deemed the group's act of sharing the Gospel as "harassment" and it's practice of washing the feet of new members as "hazing." The group, Commissioned II Love, was later expelled from campus. In 2008, ADF and National Legal Foundation attorneys reached an agreement with the university that would allow the group to return to campus.
