At ADF, we are committed to equipping our attorneys—especially those with less experience—with the education, training, and mentorship they need to excel.
Our senior counsel actively mentor mid-level and junior attorneys, providing hands-on guidance in all phases of state and federal litigation. This includes brief preparation, mock trial sessions, and case strategy discussions. We emphasize on-the-job learning and take intentional care in developing our legal counsel.
Additionally, ADF attorneys collaborate closely with experienced colleagues on brief writing, depositions (as applicable), legal analysis, and legal writing. Our goal is to ensure every attorney has the support, resources, and experience needed to grow and advance his or her career at ADF.
