When the state opened an investigation against Chelsea for providing APR to Mackenna, she turned to Alliance Defending Freedom for help. Eventually, the law was permanently blocked from being enforced against Chelsea—setting her free to practice according to her convictions.
Since the end of Roe v. Wade, pro-life Americans have had new opportunities to protect unborn life in states across the country. But the FDA’s efforts to circumvent pro-life state laws by allowing mail-order abortions means we must continue to advocate in the courtroom, in statehouses, and in the culture. The fight for life is far from over.
