Double Your Gift to Defend Girls Like Kallie.
Kallie Keeler was sexually assaulted when she was pitted against a male opponent—without her knowledge or consent—in a high school girls wrestling match.
Now, we’re asking the U.S. Supreme Court to defend her.
Kallie and her mother have been asking for two things since the sexual assault took place: For her school in Washington not to match Kallie against a male on the mat, or at a minimum to let her mother opt Kallie out of wrestling males without a penalty to Kallie.
Kallie’s school said no. The Washington Interscholastic Athletic Association said no. And a federal court said no. With ADF’s help, Kallie and her mom are currently pleading their case at the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.
But wrestling season is about to start again—and Kallie needs to know now that she’ll be safe. Alliance Defending Freedom is asking the Supreme Court to make sure she can get what she needs while her case proceeds at the 9th Circuit.
We must take steps to ensure that no girl is put in Kallie’s situation… ever again.
Washington is one of 23 states that still lack laws protecting girls’ sports.
Alliance Defending Freedom is fighting to ensure that no daughter, sister, wife, or granddaughter is ever forced to be in Kallie’s shoes as a result of policies influenced by gender ideology.
But we cannot continue this fight without the support of faithful people who believe the biological reality that boys cannot become girls is worth defending.
Because of generous supporters like you, ADF is able to stand beside Kallie and her family without charging them a single penny.
Will you make a tax-deductible gift today to help Kallie receive the justice she deserves—and to help ensure that future generations of young women never face the same situation?
Every gift made will be DOUBLED through a special matching grant, while matching funds last.
“I don’t think any group has done more than ADF… You’re making a real difference.”
— Florida Governor Ron DeSantis
