Will You Stand With The Averkiev Family?

Konstantin Averkiev asked for advance notice so he could opt his son out of LGBTQ+-related  lessons and requirements, but the Lake Washington School District has refused to honor most of his requests.

And they have said they would do so again, against Konstantin’s wishes.

The U.S. Constitution does not allow schools to indoctrinate children with views that directly undermine their families’ religious beliefs and upbringing. Will you sign the statement below to stand with Konstantin and affirm your support for parental rights today?

STATEMENT IN SUPPORT OF PARENTAL RIGHTS & RELIGIOUS FREEDOM

I, the undersigned, stand with the Averkiev family.

I affirm all parents’ constitutional right to direct the upbringing and education of their children according to their own deeply held religious beliefs.

I oppose the Lake Washington School District’s refusal to allow Konstantin Averkiev to opt his son out of LGBTQ+-related instruction and requirements at school. 

I stand by the United States Constitution and the constitutional rights of parents under the First and Fourteenth Amendments.
