Rosemary Cochrane
Legal Counsel
Rosemary Cochrane serves as legal counsel for the Allied Legal Affairs Team at Alliance Defending Freedom.
Before joining ADF, Cochrane worked as an associate in the Business Litigation practice group for a national law firm, where she gained extensive experience conducting legal work at all stages of litigation. In addition to general commercial litigation matters, her practice focused on education law cases, complex contractual disputes, and financial services litigation. She conducted research and analysis, formulated case strategies, drafted legal briefs and motions, managed discovery, and provided legal counsel to clients.
Cochrane received a Juris Doctor magna cum laude at Temple University, Beasley School of Law, and a bachelor’s degree summa cum laude from The Pennsylvania State University. She is admitted to the state bar of Pennsylvania.
