Noah Nash

Noah Nash serves as senior counsel for the Corporate Engagement Team with Alliance Defending Freedom. He advises businesses and executives on operating their businesses in accordance with their faith and the law and leads ADF’s Christian Business Leader Coalition. He also leads ADF’s corporate engagement efforts with publicly traded corporations, advocating for corporations to protect freedom of speech, respect religious liberty, promote truth, and cherish life.

Nash previously worked at Richards, Layton & Finger in Wilmington, Delaware, where he advised boards, executives, and public and private corporations on governance issues, M&A transactions, and fiduciary duties.

Nash earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, in 2016 from Pennsylvania State University, The Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. While earning his J.D., he served as a judicial extern to Chief Judge Connor of the Federal District Court in the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Nash earned his Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude, in political science from North Dakota State University in 2013. He is a member of the Delaware Bar and the Corporate Law Section.
