Dayle Percle

Dayle Percle serves as senior counsel with Alliance Defending Freedom, where she is a member of the Center for Conscience Initiatives.

Just prior to joining ADF, Percle was a federal Appellate Judge on the United States Air Force Court of Criminal Appeals, where she served on a panel of three judges deciding post-conviction appeals of Air Force and Space Force criminal trials. Before that, Percle served as a trial judge in the Department of the Air Force, where she presided over courts-martial at the misdemeanor and felony levels. She retired from the Air Force after serving in various other trial and appellate litigation roles with the Judge Advocate General Corps, including a tour in Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom.

Percle earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 2011. She obtained her B.S., with distinction, in Chemistry, from the United States Air Force Academy.

Percle is a member of the State Bar of Michigan. She is also admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court bar.
