Chloe Jones

Chloe Jones serves as legal counsel on Alliance Defending Freedom’s Appellate Advocacy Team. In that role, she represents clients before federal and state courts of appeals.

Jones joined ADF in 2024 as an Appellate Fellow. Before her fellowship, she clerked on the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas for Judge Matthew J. Kacsmaryk and on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit for Judge Andrew L. Brasher.

She graduated with highest honors from Baylor University’s honors college and earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served as president of the award-winning Federalist Society chapter and as an editor on the Virginia Law Review. During law school, Jones was commissioned as a Blackstone Fellow and later served as a mentor for ADF’s Blackstone Legal Fellowship.

She is a member of the Georgia bar and is admitted to practice before various courts of appeals.
