Brittany Burnham

Brittany Burnham serves as legal counsel for the regulatory practice at Alliance Defending Freedom where she focuses on administrative law.

Before joining ADF, Burnham served as a law clerk to Judge Leslie H. Southwick at the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Burnham graduated from the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University in 2024 and is a member of the bar of the District of Columbia. Burnham received her bachelor’s degree from Mississippi State University in 2016.
