Is Your Ministry Legally Prepared?

The ADF Church & Ministry Alliance is a membership program that provides legal counsel and resources to ensure that churches and ministries are free to operate, teach, and serve consistent with God’s call.

What’s Included with Your Membership?

Your core documents — bylaws, statement of faith, constitution, and articles of incorporation — are reviewed by an experienced ADF attorney as part of your Religious Liberty Assessment. You’ll receive a tailored report with recommendations to strengthen your legal foundation.

Speak with experienced ADF attorneys about religious liberty issues facing your church, school, or ministry. We’ll also help you identify when an issue may fall outside our scope, and if it does, we can refer you to a trusted Christian attorney in our Allied Attorney Network who specializes in that area.

If your ministry faces a legal challenge related to religious liberty, we’ll review your case and, when necessary and appropriate, represent you at no cost.

When questions arise, submit one-off documents — such as job descriptions, employment policies, admissions language, or facility use documents — for review.

Access a growing library of sample documents, including employment agreements, facility use policies, and other resources to help you stay aligned and protected.

Quarterly webinars, legal guides, and on-demand videos keep you informed. Plus, receive updates when legislation or new threats arise.

Connect with ministry leaders across the country who care about religious freedom. Participate in regional gatherings, collaborate online, and stay encouraged.
