Summary
In 2008, ADF attorneys filed suit on behalf of Rock for Life, a pro-life student group at the University of Maryland. Students were forced to adhere to an assortment of rules and policies that severely restricted their message. In 2008, the university agreed to modify an unconstitutional "speech code" and "speech zone" policies.
