In 2024, New Hampshire passed a law preserving women’s sports. The ACLU and GLAD, representing two male students, challenged the law. And the lower court temporarily blocked enforcement of the law against these two students as the case proceeded.

Attorneys for the male students have now expanded the lawsuit to challenge two executive orders issued by the Trump administration.
