In what could be a watershed moment for the movement to protect women’s sports and defend the truth about gender, the U.S. Supreme Court has agreed to hear two key cases: State of West Virginia v. B.P.J. and Little v. Hecox.

Incredibly, that’s now FOUR cases ADF is involved in that the Court will hear this term—praise God and thank you for your support.

Female athletes like West Virginia’s Lainey Armistead, who is standing to defend the state’s women’s sports, know how important it is to protect a level playing field for girls who have put years of sacrifice and dedication into their sport. The Supreme Court needs to end the reality-denying havoc that gender ideology is causing on and off the field.

A victory here would be a victory for every young woman and girl who wants to play sports on a level playing field.
