Because He Lives—We Go
Sharing the hope of the Gospel, even when the cost is high—that’s what compels believers around the world to keep going, even when government pressure and punishment is a daily occurrence.
In Turkey, that cost has become all too real. Faithful Christian missionaries who have spent years serving others and living out their beliefs are now facing serious legal barriers. Some have even been banned from returning to the country—separated from the communities they love—simply because of their faith.
Among those affected are long-term residents such as Pam and Dave Wilson, who served in Turkey for almost 40 years before being barred from returning; Rachel and Mario Zalma (pseudonyms to preserve anonymity), whose ministry work led to a security code designation banning them from the country after attending a church conference; and David Byle, a Christian minister forced into exile after 19 years of service.
Now Europe’s highest court has accepted 20 of these cases, the majority of which are supported by ADF International. These efforts are about more than legal outcomes—they’re about protecting the freedom to live and share the truth of the Gospel.
Their courage is a powerful reminder: the message of the resurrection is too important to keep to ourselves.
Today, you have an opportunity to stand with these believers.
Your gift helps provide the legal support needed to challenge injustice, defend religious freedom, and open doors for the Gospel to move forward in places where it is under pressure.
