In the next few months, the U.S. Supreme Court will hear four cases in which ADF is involved defending your God-given freedoms:

  • Securing your right to speak freely: In Chiles v. Salazar, your support is critical to fueling Colorado counselor, and Christian, Kaley Chiles’ challenge of a censorship law. The law bans her from speaking truthfully to clients about gender identity. This cannot stand.
  •  Protecting women’s sports: In West Virginia v. B.P.J. and Little v. Hecox, we’re standing with West Virginia and Idaho as co-counsel to fight for female athletes and the future of women’s sports. At stake is whether states can enforce laws that keep biological males from competing against girls.
  • Pushing back against government harassment: In First Choice Women’s Resource Centers v. Platkin, your support helps a pro-life ministry in New Jersey fight back after facing an unconstitutional investigation by the state’s attorney general because of its pro-life views. Pregnancy centers should be left alone to save lives and reach vulnerable mothers.
