Stand with Christian Ministries Against Government Harassment
Great news—the Supreme Court just unanimously ruled in favor of our client, a pro-life pregnancy center in New Jersey!
This is a big win—not only for First Choice Women’s Resource Centers and its right to speak and associate freely and to live out its faith without government harassment, but for all Americans. Sadly, other organizations are still locked in legal battles as officials in other states threaten their constitutional rights.
For example, Youth 71Five Ministries in Oregon is currently asking the Supreme Court to uphold its right to operate according to its Christian beliefs.
This ministry serves everyone but only hires those who share its faith—as is its right. But government officials have accused the ministry of “discrimination” and stripped it of critical grant funds it needs to continue serving Oregon’s at-risk youth.
The government is giving 71Five an impossible ultimatum: Undermine your mission by hiring those who don’t share your faith, or forego funding.
