Government officials across the country are targeting and attacking pro-life pregnancy centers.

In New Jersey, that’s exactly what Attorney General Matthew Platkin has done. Without basis, he demanded that Executive Director Aimee Huber and First Choice disclose their donors and up to 10 years of internal documents.

The attorney general is harassing First Choice simply because of its pro-life views. Aimee and First Choice joined with Alliance Defending Freedom to challenge the government’s investigation.

The Supreme Court heard First Choice’s case on December 2. Please pray for:

  • First Choice to be freed from the oppressive investigation brought by the attorney general.
  • The women whom First Choice serves to get the care they need to choose life and thrive.
  • Wisdom for our attorneys as they represent First Choice before the Court.
