The state attorney general has worked closely with abortion activists like Planned Parenthood to undermine ministries like First Choice for years. Then the AG pushed his pro-abortion agenda even further by launching an unfounded investigation into First Choice.
He didn’t cite any evidence of wrongdoing. He simply went after First Choice for its pro-life, faith-based views.
First Choice has been serving women and unborn babies in New Jersey for 40 years—but now this investigation could crush the ministry’s ability to continue its mission. And even more, it threatens all of First Choice’s donors who could be exposed by the investigation.
First Choice’s executive director, Aimee Huber, knew that if the state got away with this, dozens of other ministries—and their donors—could be vulnerable to the same kind of attacks from government officials.
She’s challenging the AG’s actions at the U.S. Supreme Court, which was argued on December 2.
