Are You a Victim of Discriminatory Debanking?
No American should ever be canceled by their bank or insurance company because of his or her religious or political views.
Unfortunately, it’s happening all across the United States.
Far too many Americans have had their bank accounts closed unexpectedly with minimal or hollow explanations. Relying on vague terms of service and nebulous justifications like “reputational risk,” major financial institutions like JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, U.S. Bank, and insurance providers have shuttered the accounts of everyday Americans, leaving them to wonder what caused the closure.
We are working with key policymakers at the federal level and around the country to put an end to debanking—but we need more information. If you’ve been a victim of discriminatory debanking, will you share your story below?
