The U.S. Supreme Court just ruled 8-1 to uphold free speech in the counseling room—and it’s because Kaley Chiles refused to be silenced.

A Colorado law silenced Christian counselor Kaley Chiles—forbidding her from having voluntary conversations with clients to help them regain comfort with their sex, while encouraging them to push children down the path of gender transition.

Eight Supreme Court justices agreed that Colorado’s censorship is inconsistent with the freedom of speech.

The Court made it clear—the state doesn’t get a seat in the Christian counseling room.

And that’s because Kaley stood up.

This victory is a triumph for free speech and for every counselor and client who believes that truth should not be silenced by the state.
