Help Stop Gender Ideology’s Threat to Women’s Sports

In what could be a watershed moment for the movement to protect women’s sports and defend the truth about gender, the U.S. Supreme Court has agreed to hear two key cases: State of West Virginia v. B.P.J. and Little v. Hecox.

Incredibly, that’s now FOUR cases ADF is involved in that the Court will hear in the coming term—praise God!

A former West Virginia collegiate soccer player, Lainey has courageously stood up to help defend her state’s Save Women’s Sports Act, which respects the very real differences between male and female athletes.

Soccer is more than just a game to Lainey. It’s something she describes as a “passion and a life-defining pursuit.”

But for female athletes like her, the prospect of being forced to compete against male athletes is an insult to the years of sacrifice and dedication they put into their sport.

That’s why it is so important that the Supreme Court take up these cases and end the reality-denying harm that gender ideology is causing—on and off the field.

A victory here would be a victory for every young woman and girl who wants to play sports on a level playing field.

That’s why we need your help to stand up to the radical gender ideology that is causing so much harm, including to female athletes.

These two cases that the court will soon hear are critical. Will you make a gift today—of any amount—to support cases like these? Remember—our courageous clients sacrifice so much to stand up against powerful ideology and activist forces.

Thanks to the support of people like you, our promise is that we’ll never charge them a dime to represent them in the courtroom. Help us keep that promise with a gift today!

Keep in mind—states like West Virginia and Idaho are not alone—25 other states have now implemented laws or regulations that protect women’s sports. And more states are considering doing the same. These lawmakers see what is happening to female athletes, and they’ve taken action to protect their right to fairness and safety.

A victory in these cases could provide additional momentum to help ensure that EVERY woman and girl has an equal opportunity to a fair and safe playing field.

By God’s grace, ADF has won 16 cases at the Supreme Court since 2011, and we’re winning 80% of our cases in total.

When it comes to women’s sports, we’ve been on the leading edge of the issue, and these are the first cases to reach the Supreme Court that directly challenge gender ideology’s impact on female athletes on and off the playing field.
