Daniel Grabowski serves as legal counsel for Alliance Defending Freedom, working primarily in the Center for Conscience Initiatives.
Before joining ADF, Grabowski was an assistant solicitor general in the Kentucky Attorney General’s office. There, he helped defend the rule of law in Kentucky in both civil and criminal appeals, including by arguing before Kentucky’s Supreme Court and Court of Appeals. Prior to that, Grabowski clerked for Judge Bush on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, Judge Maggs on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, and Judges Braden and Futey on the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
Grabowski received his J.D., magna cum laude, from George Washington University and is a 2017 Blackstone Fellow. He also has an M.A. in Thomistic studies, magna cum laude, from the Dominican House of Studies and a B.A. in philosophy, summa cum laude, from the Catholic University of America.
Grabowski is a member of the Kentucky and Pennsylvania bars, and he is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the Sixth Circuit, and several trial courts.
