On December 2, First Choice Women’s Resource Centers’ executive director, Aimee Huber, stood alongside ADF attorneys at the U.S. Supreme Court in defense of her pregnancy center and others like it across the country.
First Choice has served more than 36,000 women in its 40 years of service. And now, a government official’s unfounded investigation threatens to cripple this pregnancy center—simply because of its faith-based, pro-life views.
This case could protect pregnancy centers NATIONWIDE against unjust government harassment and save countless lives.
