Kyle McCutcheon serves as legal counsel, Church Alliance, with Alliance Defending Freedom.
In this role, McCutcheon represents and advises churches belonging to the ADF Church Alliance to protect their right to minister freely and to engage in defense of religious liberty.
From 2015 to 2017, McCutcheon began his legal career with the office of the Arizona Attorney General, where he served as an assistant attorney general. His work included prosecuting individuals charged with child abuse and neglect. Additionally, he handled discovery, mediation, motion practice, settlements, and trial strategy.
A native of Arizona, McCutcheon earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Arizona State University in 2012, followed by his Juris Doctor from Arizona Summit Law School in 2015. He is a member of the state bar of Arizona.
McCutcheon joined ADF to protect religious liberty and to keep the doors open for the Gospel. He is also a member of the Christian Legal Society.
