State of New Jersey v. Parker

Robert Parker, a Christian, attempted to share his faith while standing on a public sidewalk outside Edison High School. After the school's principal phoned police, and later insisted that he arrested. Mr. Parker was taken into custody after his toe touched the grass on the school's side of the sidewalk. He was charged with trespass and disorderly conduct.
