Summary

Officials at a Baton Rouge, La., magnet school barred a Christian student from using a school buses for a field trip for her Christian club. Non-religious student groups were permitted the use of school transportation for field trips. Following the filing of a lawsuit in federal court by ADF attorneys, school officials reversed course and began permitting the student to use buses.
