Bozeman Senior Center/ACLU

Last Updated 7/21/2022

Summary

The practice of singing gospel songs at a Montana senior center was reinstated after ADF attorneys assured residents that the practice is Constitutional. ADF attorneys assured the board that the practice is legal.
