Summary
The practice of singing gospel songs at a Montana senior center was reinstated after ADF attorneys assured residents that the practice is Constitutional. Following complaints from a few dissenters, the Bozeman Senior Center board suspended the practice, fearing a lawsuit from the ACLU and a possible loss of federal funds from the center's Meals on Wheels program. ADF attorneys assured the board that the practice is legal.
