The New Videos that Abortion Advocates Do Not Want You to See

Abortion is an emotionally charged topic—on both sides of the issue. But what happens when you take emotion out of it? What happens when you just present the facts of what abortion is?

Unfortunately, the facts about abortion are often hard to come by in our society. Abortion advocates would prefer that women think of their unborn children as globs of cells instead of developing human beings who suck their thumbs at 9 weeks old, and have their fingerprints at 13 weeks, and can feel pain at 20 weeks. They would prefer that people don't know that abortionists and their assistants must account for all the arms and legs of dead babies after the abortion is complete to ensure they "got it all."

But presenting the facts of abortion is exactly what ADF ally and national pro-life group Live Action has done in their new video series. The four videos (which can be found at www.abortionprocedures.com)  feature former abortionist Dr. Anthony Levatino explaining how to perform the four most common abortion methods used today:  Dilation and Evacuation, Aspiration, Chemical, and Induction.

Please note: While there are no graphic photos of real abortions—just medical animations that show what is happening inside the mother's womb during each abortion procedure – these are hard to watch.

1. Dilation and Evacuation – Second Trimester

2. Aspiration (Suction) – First Trimester

3. Chemical (Pills) – First Trimester

4. Induction – Third Trimester

If abortion advocates like Planned Parenthood really care about women like they say, then they should support women having the facts about abortion and watching these videos. Unfortunately, they have a history of misinforming women about abortion, going so far as to try to prevent common sense laws, like ensuring pregnant women receive basic prenatal care, such as ultrasounds, before an abortion is committed.  That's why it's up to us to get the word out.

The more women know about abortion and fetal development, the less likely they are to abort. In addition, polls show that more than 80% of Americans believe there should be restrictions on abortion. And for good reason.

Please watch and share these videos. Women deserve to know the truth, even when it’s uncomfortable or disturbing. And the world needs to be reminded that the outcome of a successful abortion is a dead baby—every time.
