- FOX News reporter Kristen Fisher on the US Supreme Court
The US Supreme Court 2016-2017 term is just getting underway with only eight of the nine seats filled and what many consider to be a four-four split between liberal and conservative justices.
Jordan Lorence, senior counsel for Alliance Defending Freedom, has a long history with the court and joins Freedom Matters to give a preview of cases coming before the court this term, such as: Trinity Lutheran v. Pauley, the only religious liberty case accepted so far, GG v. Gloucester, the first student privacy case to reach the court, and Lee v. Tam, which asks the court to determine of the government is allowed to determine which speech is good and which isn’t.
