Kellie Fiedorek, Esq., serves as legal counsel with Alliance Defending Freedom, where she is a member of the Marriage and Family Team.
Since joining ADF in 2012, Fiedorek has defended marriage and religious liberty against legal attacks. She has provided sound legal advice on legislation pertaining to First Amendment freedoms and marriage and family to organizations, legislative bodies, attorneys general, and governors. She has also trained allied attorneys and organizations on religious liberty issues and freedom of conscience. Fiedorek has testified before state legislatures across the country about the importance of marriage and safeguarding the First Amendment freedoms of all citizens. She has also drafted friend-of-the-court briefs in cases challenging state marriage laws, and briefs in cases defending citizens’ freedom to live and work according to their conscience.
Fiedorek earned her J.D. from Ave Maria School of Law in 2009. Before graduating from law school, she completed the Alliance Defending Freedom leadership development program to become a Blackstone Fellow in 2008. She is admitted to the bar in Florida, the District of Columbia, the U.S. Supreme Court, and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 3rd, 4th, 6th, and 11th Circuits.
