 Legal Academy

The ADF Legal Academy is a one-of-a-kind program that provides legal training to enhance the ability of attorneys to successfully engage the culture and defend religious liberty, sanctity of life, and marriage and the family. In most cases, the training includes 12-15 hours of high quality CLE focused on these critical issues.

Attendance at the Legal Academy is exclusively by invitation for approved applicants who have completed the application process, which includes providing letters of recommendation and agreeing to our statement of faith. Academy attendees have nearly all expenses paid to attend the Academy and commit to do and report pro bono work. Legal Academy Alumni have extensive access to resources, materials, and the complete ADF Attorney network for referrals, support, and consultation, in addition to specialized training and free CLE, as displayed on the chart below.

At Academy sessions, you will hear from exceptional speakers on worldview analysis, be inspired by meaningful daily devotions and worship, and fellowship with like-minded attorneys from across the country and around the world.

The next ADF Legal Academy will be held July 7-11, 2013. The deadline to apply is April 26, 2013.
